Kaleb Jones is the owner and hands-on leader of Vorsaw Construction in Rockwall, TX. Raised in Rockwall, Kaleb began working in construction at a young age as his father’s right hand man. He helped manage and run the family business throughout his adolescent years and became a full-time estimator immediately after graduating school.
Kaleb later served as Operations Manager, where he played a key role in scaling the company across Colorado (Fort Collins, Denver, and Colorado Springs) and Texas (Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston). He developed and implemented improved systems for estimating, pre-construction analytics, and seamless project handoff to construction teams. Working closely with regional managers, Kaleb helped streamline operations and drive significant growth.
In 2019, after briefly attending Southern Methodist University (SMU), Kaleb left college to focus full-time on building and growing Vorsaw Construction. Serving clients across North Texas and the Rockwall community remains his true passion.
